InfiniDesk 是由 TS Infinity Enterprise（下称「我们」）提供的线上企业管理系统。注册或使用 InfiniDesk，即表示你代表你的公司同意以下条款。
InfiniDesk is an online business management system provided by TS Infinity Enterprise ("we", "us"). By signing up for or using InfiniDesk, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
你必须提供真实的公司名称、邮箱和 WhatsApp 号码，并保管好自己的密码。账号下发生的一切操作，由你的公司负责。
每个邮箱和每个 WhatsApp 号码只能申请一次免费试用。以假资料或多个账号重复申请试用的，我们可以停用相关账号。
You must provide a real business name, email address and WhatsApp number, and keep your password safe. Your business is responsible for everything done under its accounts.
Each email address and WhatsApp number may start one free trial only. We may suspend accounts created with false details or to obtain repeated trials.
新公司可免费试用 14 天，从注册当天算起，不需要信用卡。试用期间可以使用全部已开放的功能。
试用结束后，账号会被暂停使用，直到续费为止。暂停期间你的资料会完整保留，不会被删除；续费后即可继续使用。
New businesses get a 14-day free trial, counted from the day of sign-up, with no credit card required.
When the trial ends, access is paused until you subscribe. Your data is kept in full and is not deleted while access is paused; it is available again once you subscribe.
试用结束后的收费为每 30 天 RM150。在系统内在线付款续费（经 HitPay 付款）；提前续费不会损失剩下的天数，会接在原到期日之后。价格如有调整，我们会至少提前 30 天通知。
已付的月费一般不予退还，但法律另有规定的除外。
After the trial, the fee is RM150 for every 30 days. You pay and renew online inside InfiniDesk (payments are processed by HitPay); renewing early adds the days after your current end date, so none are lost. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Monthly fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
你在 InfiniDesk 里输入的资料（客户、发票、产品、订单等）属于你的公司。我们只会为了提供和维护服务而处理这些资料，不会出售，也不会拿来做其他用途。
对于你客户的个人资料，你的公司是《2010 年个人资料保护法》下的「资料使用者」，须自行确保收集和使用这些资料是合法的；我们是代你处理资料的服务提供者。
如果你停止使用 InfiniDesk，可以要求我们导出你的资料。账号停用满 12 个月后，我们可能会在事先通知你之后删除资料。
The data you enter into InfiniDesk (customers, invoices, products, orders, etc.) belongs to your business. We process it only to provide and maintain the service, and never sell it or use it for anything else.
For your customers' personal data, your business is the data user under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and is responsible for collecting and using it lawfully; we process it on your behalf as a service provider.
If you stop using InfiniDesk, you may ask us to export your data. After an account has been inactive for 12 months, we may delete its data after notifying you first.
不得利用 InfiniDesk 从事违法活动、发送骚扰或诈骗信息、尝试入侵系统或查看其他公司的资料，也不得转售本服务。违反者，我们可以暂停或终止其账号。
You must not use InfiniDesk for unlawful activity, to send harassing or fraudulent messages, to attempt to break into the system or view other businesses' data, or to resell the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
我们会尽力保持服务稳定，并每天备份资料，但不保证服务永不中断、完全没有错误。
发票、税务和账目的内容由你负责核对。在法律允许的范围内，我们对间接损失或利润损失不负责任，而我们的总责任以你在过去 3 个月实际支付的费用为上限。本条款不影响你依《1999 年消费者保护法》或其他法律享有、不能以合约排除的权利。
We work to keep the service available and back up data daily, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You are responsible for checking the contents of your invoices, tax and accounts. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing here affects rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
我们可能会更新这些条款，重大修改会提前通知。你可以随时停止使用。
本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。
We may update these terms and will give advance notice of material changes. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
